The architectural image of the building is determined by the task of the Customer, who wanted to have the maximum output of useful space and restrictions that are dictated by the surrounding development. Thus, due to the need to provide illumination of classes in the PTU located on a neighboring site, the projected building consists of complex volumes of various shapes that fall towards the PTU. Facades are solved in a combination of stone and copper facing with tinted glazing.
At the level of the 1st floor provided: arrival on the ramp to underground Parking, loading catering cafe, download (Elevator feed) store.
The use of underground space involves Parking for 129 m / places. For the most efficient use of underground space, the dimensions of the underground part of the building within the boundaries of the site are increased in relation to the above-ground part.
Due to the large width of the building on the level from the 3rd to the 12th floors, an atrium with a glazed roof was designed to provide natural daylight for part of the office premises, which became the highlight of the business center.
